At “Mitgaisim” unit we work round the clock to handle with all of your applications. But how can you make sure you get the quickest, most professional and accurate answer? We have gathered all the information for you and now you will no longer have to ask- in what subject to contact us and how

you can contact us in a variety of ways: via e-mail, telephone call center, Facebook, and our website. To understand which option be used on each topic, first you need to understand the process that each application is going through. 

Every request or application you send us is documented in our systems. in most cases, the application is transferred to one of the sections at “Meitav” that is qualified to handle the application, such as volunteers, medicine, “Yeshiva” students, mental health, pre-military academic studies (“Atuda”), selection, matching etc. After a thorough examination of the application, you will be given a response.

So, in what subject and how to contact us?

  • Website

The simplest and easiest way to contact us is via our website or app. After a quick login to the personal area, you can upload various documents in your personal profile on the following subjects:

  • Facebook

Through our Facebook chat, you can get answers to previous application, update personal details, receive or reset your password to the “Meitav” website, and to change the dates of your Call-ups. Each application must include a full name, ID number and date of birth. Please note, that it is not possible to send files via Facebook. The application via Facebook is convenient and recommended, and the response will be given within 24 hours.

By e-mail, you can send applications on subjects that do not appear on the website or the “Mitgaisim” app. It is possible to send only Word or JPEG files. You must mention ID number, full name, and date of birth. Up to 24 hours after sending an e-mail, you will receive an SMS informing you that your application has been received, so there is no need to send another application. These applications are usually handled within 14 days and we recommend checking if your application has been received one week after sending it via our Facebook.

  • Telephone call center (03-738-8888 / *3529)

By calling our telephone call center, you will talk to a service representative that handles general topics, such as changing Call-ups, receiving answers to previous applications, updating personal details etc. In case that an answer can not be immediately given by the telephone call service, the representative will forward the request to the relevant section that will take care of it.
