Promoting sport, fitness and training in the unit. The instructors will provide physical fitness training, combat fitness and will organize events and sports days. The course also includes examining soldiers on the subject of physical training and conduct lectures on various topics such as proper nutrition. During the course, it is possible to get a gym certification, as well as other professional training courses such as pilates, kickboxing, spinning and more.

Basic training (02) and advanced training of 12-14 weeks.

The selection process:
The screening process includes an introductory lecture, physical fitness tests - a “Beep” test, and a personal interview. It is required to report to the screening day with a medical certificate in a military format only, confirming participation on the day of selection, without which it is impossible for you to participate in the selection process.
The placement as a Combat Fitness Instructor is determined by a number of factors that are taken into account: your personal index and preferences as well as the Military's needs. There may be changes in the admission requirements mentioned above and additional considerations that are reflected in the status of your candidacy on this role. Those who are qualified will be given the option to precede towards training courses, command and officer courses.
