The mechanics take care of screening, fixing and maintenance of electronic and mechanical systems, different measuring devices and the IDF’s scuba diving and combat equipment. The technical validation of the different supervision systems’ in the navy’s vessels, mostly the missile ships - is also their responsibility.

Basic training (02) and preparation of 10 weeks.

In the Naval units.
