Commanding a squad of about 15 recruits. During the service, the commander deals with command, training, discipline and introducing soldiers with weapons, field, two-way radio, first aid treatment, physical fitness and more. The role includes taking responsibility on the process of adaptation of the new soldiers to the military system and the introduction of military norms, values and rules

What does the role include?

Basic training (03) and advance training of 3 months which also includes additional training of command and guidance.

?Where will I be placed

In the various basic training bases located throughout the country. The placement as a Squad commander is determined by a number of factors that are taken into account: your personal index and preferences as well as the Military's needs.
