What is the 100th day? How does it actually happen? What are the requirements? We are here to answer all of your questions.

What is the 100th day summon?

The purpose of the 100th Day (sorting, identification and matching) is to examine the abilities of men and women in a variety of skills in order to match the best placement that combines the needs of the army, the individual’s abilities and desires.

Some of the grades are given based on the tests you will take on the specific day. At the end of the day, each candidate receives a score for each section he/she was tested on. The scores are given on a scale from 1-5, and can be seen in the personal area of the recruiting website.

How does it actually happen?

  • The 100th day is an online screening day that has two parts:
    • The first part contains computerized tests which each candidate performs alone.
    • The second part is conducted in group and is carried out on zoom in groups of 6.
  • Some candidates will perform the group zooms and then the individual tests and some the other way around.

How is the screening day?

Unlike the first order which is operated by the army, ‘Yom Hamea’ is operated by two civilian screening institutes: the screening of girls is carried out by “Adam Milla” and the screening of boys by “Kinan Shafi”.

The hours of Yom Hamea are between 08:00 and 16:00. You must be available half an hour before the test for registration and login.

Pay Attention!

  1. For any question or technical problem during the test day you can contact the phone number of the institute that operates the test (the phone number will be provided on the morning of the test)
  2. For any question related to Yom Hamea that you have before or after the screening you can contact the Meitav department
  3. If you live abroad, you can contact Meitav through the digital channels in order to adjust the hours of the online test.

Before the day of Yom Hamea

Two days before the day of Yom Hamea you will receive a text message from the sorting institute in which you must confirm your participation via the link and verify your email address. The confirmation must be made by the date before the sorting; men by 12:00 the day before, women by 14:00 the day before. Make sure you received a message stating that your confirmation was received and that your email address is updated. Without this confirmation you will not be able to perform Yom Hamea.

The morning of Yom Hamea

On the morning of the test, you will receive a link to your email address to join the Zoom. You will also be added to a Whatsapp group where you can get answers to questions you have throughout the test. In the afternoon you will receive the relevant link to complete the computerized section.

Requirements for the test

  • The sorting must be done through a computer only, with a continuous Internet connection, a working computer camera (or web camera), mouse, microphone, and zoom software installed
  • Pages and stationery
  • ID
  • Comfortable and quiet environment
  • If you do not have suitable conditions to be tested at home, please contact us to coordinate a physical arrival date at the screening center closest to your home, from where you will undergo the test. The institutes are located in: Tel Aviv, Haifa, Beer Sheva, and Jerusalem.
